1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IbanezQuad Cleaning website located at ibanezquadcleaning.com.au and the cleaning services provided by IbanezQuad Cleaning (ABN: 94 671 074 528), operated by Jerico Ibanez, a sole trader based in Doonside, NSW ("we", "us", "our").
By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
IbanezQuad Cleaning provides professional cleaning services across Blacktown and Western Sydney, including:
- End-of-lease / bond cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Residential cleaning
- Deep cleaning
All services are subject to availability, access to the property, and agreement on scope and pricing prior to commencement.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided by IbanezQuad Cleaning are free and provided without obligation. Quotes are based on information supplied by the client (property size, condition, scope of work) and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Final pricing may vary if the property condition or scope differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting. We will notify you of any variation before commencing work.
We do not publish fixed pricing on our website. All pricing is confirmed in writing prior to the start of any job.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from IbanezQuad Cleaning. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible:

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee to cover travel and preparation costs — this will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
5. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and lawful access to the property at the agreed time. This includes providing keys, access codes, or being present on arrival.
If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time and no prior notice has been given, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and may charge a call-out fee.
6. Bond-Back & Re-Clean Policy
For end-of-lease cleaning services, we offer a re-clean guarantee where the real estate agent or property manager identifies specific areas that do not meet their standard at the time of final inspection. The following conditions apply:
- The re-clean request must be raised within 72 hours of the original clean
- The property must not have been re-occupied or significantly altered since our clean
- The specific areas requiring attention must be identified in writing (e.g. a condition report or agent's feedback)
- The re-clean covers only the areas identified — it is not a full repeat clean
We do not guarantee bond refund outcomes, as these are determined by the property manager or landlord and are outside our control.
7. Your Responsibilities
To help us deliver the best result, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property size, condition, and scope of work
- Ensure the property is safe to enter and work in
- Remove or secure personal valuables and items before we arrive
- Ensure running water and electricity are available at the property during the clean
- Notify us of any hazards, pets, or special requirements in advance
8. Liability
IbanezQuad Cleaning holds public liability insurance. We take care in all work we carry out and will take responsibility for damage caused directly by our negligence.
However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces, fixtures, or fittings
- Damage arising from faulty, poorly installed, or deteriorated surfaces or materials
- Items of value left unsecured or unidentified prior to our arrival
- Loss or damage caused by third parties or circumstances outside our control
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service provided. We recommend you advise us of any fragile or high-value items before we commence work.
9. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is generally due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or as otherwise agreed.
For commercial clients with ongoing contracts, invoicing and payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
10. Website Use
The content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is the property of IbanezQuad Cleaning and must not be reproduced without written permission.
We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information found on this website.

11. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. By using our services or submitting a quote request, you consent to us using your information to respond to your enquiry and provide our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update shown at the top. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
